Cabbage

cabbage curry leaves
coconut green chili peppers
salt
shallots
vinegar

Directions

  1. Fry onion.
  2. When soft, add green chili peppers and curry leaves.
  3. Shred cabbage and add.
  4. Add salt, vinegar, and coconut.
  5. Simmer until cabbage is tender without being soggy (should look clear).
