curry leaves

stick cinnamon

Directions

  1. Dice pork.
  2. Slice onion and fry.
  3. When onion is soft, add spices.
  4. Add pork and salt.
  5. Cook through.
  6. Separately, fry onion and curry leaves.
  7. When pork is ready, add fried onion and curry leaves.
