Sardines

Directions

  1. Crush fenugreek, cayenne pepper, turmeric into paste.
  2. Fry mustard seeds until they start to pop.
  3. Add paste.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, curry leaves.
  5. Add lemon juice and salt.
  6. Add a little bit of water and cook for a little bit.
  7. Add sardines.
