Kashmiri Dum Aloo (Potatoes)

Directions
- Fry potatoes until brown. Put aside.
- Heat oil.
- Add cayenne pepper, turmeric, then add half-cup water immediately.
- Separately, mix yogurt w/ salt, 2 cloves, ginger, 5-6 cardamoms, cumin, coriander.
- Pour yogurt mixture in.
- Simmer for 15 minutes (don't let it separate).
- Add potatoes.
