Clams

clams black mustard seeds
black pepper
curry leaves
garlic
ground red pepper
lemon juice
salt
shallots
turmeric

Directions

  1. Cook clams, lemon juice, turmeric and salt (and kadumanga, if you have it).
  2. Separately, fry mustard seeds until they pop.
  3. Add curry leaves and shallots.
  4. Add ground red pepper, crushed garlic, black pepper.
  5. Sauté for a while.
  6. Add cooked clams.
