Directions
- Cook clams, lemon juice, turmeric and salt (and kadumanga, if you have it).
- Separately, fry mustard seeds until they pop.
- Add curry leaves and shallots.
- Add ground red pepper, crushed garlic, black pepper.
- Sauté for a while.
- Add cooked clams.
