Directions
- Cube cucumber and cook with salt.
- Grind mustard seeds, green chili, and coconut
- Mix ground spices with yogurt.
- Add dash of turmeric, asafoetida, and cayenne pepper.
- Pour into cucumber and heat through without boiling.
- Separately, fry mustard seeds.
- Add fenugreek, dried red chilis, curry leaves.
- Fry briefly and then add to yogurt as garnish.
