Directions
- Fry onion until soft.
- Add ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper, and turmeric.
- Add shrimp.
- Add lemon juice and salt.
- When shrimp is nearly done, separately, fry onions and curry leaves.
- When onion is soft, pour on top of shrimp.
