Shrimp

IngredientsSpices
shrimp curry leaves
garlic
ginger
ground red pepper
lemon juice
onion
salt
turmeric

Directions

  1. Fry onion until soft.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper, and turmeric.
  3. Add shrimp.
  4. Add lemon juice and salt.
  5. When shrimp is nearly done, separately, fry onions and curry leaves.
  6. When onion is soft, pour on top of shrimp.
