Beef w/ Cashew Nuts

beef curry leaves
cashews garam masala
garlic
ginger
ground red pepper
onion
salt
turmeric

Directions

  1. Slice beef thin.
  2. Slice onion and fry.
  3. When onion is soft, add cayenne pepper, turmeric, garlic, ginger, and curry leaves.
  4. Add beef and salt.
  5. When dry, add water.
  6. Cook through.
  7. Separately, fry onion.
  8. When onion is soft, add cashew nuts, curry leaves, masala (if you have it).
  9. When beef is ready, add cashew nuts, etc. to beef.
